These are the facts that made Shah sue LEA.The point of argument in this case is that this student believes discriminatory treatment for immigrants is still carried out in the UK without considering the domicile statutes and jurisdictions of the land. This student says that L.E.A misdirected them by putting the judgmental laws into their own hands. This educational body misleads themselves in re lation to wrong application of the test of respect of ordinary residences. To begin, education in the recent past has been globalized with various races seeking education wherever they want in the world.
